Has Success at the Breakbulk Conference
Project logistics group continually gaining good
exposure
New Orleans, October 31st, 2008 -
GPLN increased its industry-wide recognition by
taking part in the 18th Annual
Breakbulk Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.
“I believe that GPLN did a lot of good for its
members by getting out there and gaining more
good exposure at the Breakbulk Conference,” said
GPLN executive director, Gary Dale Cearley, “We
are much better recognized in the Western
Hemisphere now, especially in the NAFTA markets
of the United States, Canada and Mexico.”
GPLN also hosted a booth at the Breakbulk Europe
Conference & Exhibition in May of 2007 where
several GPLN member companies also took part.

“Overall
the participating members reported to me that
participating in this event was a great benefit
to them,” said Cearley, “And besides that we

this critical region. I fully expect that we
will participate in this event again next year.”
The Breakbulk Conference is an annual industry
event sponsored in New Orleans by the Journal of
Commerce.
