Payment Policy
Please note that due to limited space at this hotel during the month of
May 2011, we had to guarantee payment for all rooms in full at least 3 months prior to the conference. Due to this fact we will collect pre-payment in full for all hotel room bookings and other services.
Your booking will be considered as tentative until full payment for your accommodation and other services is received by us.
Please settle your invoices on time in order to ensure that your accommodation and other services are secured as per your request.
