Payment and Cancellation Conditions

Once we have received your conference registration and all other requirements, your company will be invoiced for one or several of the following items:

Conference registration
fees (compulsory)

(due to
limited room space
early booking highly recommended!)

Half-Day City Tour
(optional)
Accommodation:
Since we have obtained
special room rates and blocked
a significant number of
rooms, the Hilton Munich
Park Hotel requires that all rooms are guaranteed and fully pre-paid by us at least 3 months before guest’s check-in. Due to this fact GPLN will be requesting payment for your full stay, together with the registration fee(s) and other services such as
Munich City Tour, etc. |
